OVC Pet Trust is Canada’s first charitable fund entirely dedicated to advancing the health and well being of companion animals. Over the past 29 years, OVC Pet Trust has raised more than $20 million dollars through the generosity of pet owners, their veterinarians, friends and supporters.
Each year, OVC Pet Trust provides funding for innovative discoveries. This support has led to major improvements in anesthesia and pain control, heart treatment and monitoring techniques, protecting pets and people from infections, advancing cancer diagnosis and treatment, understanding the human-animal bond, and much more.
The Farley Foundation is a registered charity that assists people in need by subsidizing the cost of veterinary care for the pets that mean the world to them. Established by the Ontario Veterinary Medical Association (OVMA) in 2001, the Foundation assists people in need by subsidizing the cost of necessary (non-elective) veterinary care for the pets that mean the world to them.
